Colour-coded feeding tubes are back on the veterinary market!

After the production of the well-known Rüsch feeding tubes was halted in 2018 due to greatly tightened regulations for human use, a gap also emerged in the veterinary market.

Now, Dispovet is introducing a new range of feeding tubes in its well-known Vet's Choice assortment that meets all veterinary requirements. The 50-centimeter long feeding tubes are made of a strong and flexible, transparent PVC and have a closed, atraumatic tip with two lateral eyes. This allows the tube to be easily inserted into the oesophagus without damaging surrounding structures and reduces the risk of blockages or vacuuming.

The Vet's Choice tubes have a diameter ranging from 1.7 to 3.3 millimetres and are equipped with a securely sealable Luer tip. The caps have the familiar colour coding matching the four sizes, allowing you to see at a glance which tube to choose. The tubes are supplied individually, are sterilely packaged, and can also be used as urinary catheters.
